If at any time you 44 | make a Contribution to Slicer, you represent that (i) you are 45 | legally authorized and entitled to make such Contribution and to 46 | grant all licenses granted in this Contribution Agreement with 47 | respect to such Contribution; (ii) if your Contribution includes 48 | any patient data, all such data is de-identified in accordance with 49 | U.S. confidentiality and security laws and requirements, including 50 | but not limited to the Health Insurance Portability and 51 | Accountability Act (HIPAA) and its regulations, and your disclosure 52 | of such data for the purposes contemplated by this Agreement is 53 | properly authorized and in compliance with all applicable laws and 54 | regulations; and (iii) you have preserved in the Contribution all 55 | applicable attributions, copyright notices and licenses for any 56 | third party software or data included in the Contribution. 57 | 58 | 3. Except for the licenses granted in this Agreement, you reserve all 59 | right, title and interest in your Contribution. 60 | 61 | 4. You hereby grant to Brigham, with the right to sublicense, a 62 | perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no charge, royalty-free, 63 | irrevocable license to use, reproduce, make derivative works of, 64 | display and distribute the Contribution. If your Contribution is 65 | protected by patent, you hereby grant to Brigham, with the right to 66 | sublicense, a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, 67 | royalty-free, irrevocable license under your interest in patent 68 | rights covering the Contribution, to make, have made, use, sell and 69 | otherwise transfer your Contribution, alone or in combination with 70 | any other code. 71 | 72 | 5. You acknowledge and agree that Brigham may incorporate your 73 | Contribution into Slicer and may make Slicer available to members 74 | of the public on an open source basis under terms substantially in 75 | accordance with the Software License set forth in Part B of this 76 | Agreement. anatomically curated white matter atlas to enable consistent white matter tract parcellation across different populations ([Zhang et al. 2018](https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2018.06.027)). In addition, the atlas contains a **whole brain white matter parcellation** of the entire white matter into 800 fiber clusters.
