20 | Pasos a Seguir; ⬇️ 21 |

28 | Esto varia por PC, Aqui hay algunos Ejemplos;

🔓 SecureBoot disabled is required. If you have it enabled, the program will be installed, but upon restart it will start Windows normally.

🔓 How to Disable SecureBoot?

11 |
12 | Steps to follow; ⬇️ 13 |

🔏 What is SecureBoot?

14 |

SecureBoot is a security system that prevents non-certified programs from starting with the system. Unfortunately, this script requires having SecureBoot disabled as it is not signed by Microsoft.

15 | 16 |

👨‍💻 Disable SecureBoot from BIOS

17 |

To disable SecureBoot with this method, you must restart the PC, and when it turns on, you must press the Setup key that appears on the screen. This is usually F2, F12 or DEL.
18 | With the Keyboard Arrows Look for the System, Boot or Security Tab and SecureBoot should appear in a submenu. Set it to off, save and restart.
19 | This varies by PC, here are some examples:

20 |

21 | Dell 22 | Asus 23 | Acer 24 | HP 25 | Lenovo 26 | Samsung 27 | MSI 28 |

29 | 30 |
31 | Lenovo ThinkPad 32 |

Here 2 examples:

33 |

Old versions: https://youtu.be/_MeUEWgv8i4?t=146

34 |

New versions:

35 | 36 |
37 | 38 |
39 | HP 40 |

You must restart your PC and when it turns on, quickly press the `ESC` key and this menu will appear:

41 | HP Menu 42 |

Then you will have to choose `F10` to open a gray menu. Using the arrow keys on your keyboard, you must go to the "System Security" section and select "Startup Options."

43 | HP Security Menu 44 |

Then `Enter` in SecureBoot and set it to Disabled.

45 | HP Disable Secure Boot 46 |

Now press `F10` or go to the Save and Restart section. Reboot and that's it.

47 |
48 | 49 |
50 | Gigabyte 51 |

You must restart and when it turns on, press the `DEL` key to display the menu. Then go to the System or BIOS section and selectactivate SecureBoot:

52 | Gigabyte Menu 53 |

Then select SecureBoot, enter and Disable/OFF.

54 | Gigabyte Disable Secure Boot 55 |

Now go to Save and Restart.

56 |
57 |
58 | 59 |

🤨 What does this do to my PC?

60 |

The executable decompresses what is necessary in C:/MiLinux/
61 | A 25GB VHD is added to C:/MiLinux/MiLinux.vtoy. This is the Linux disk.
62 | Set rEFIndx64 or Grub2Win as bootloader.

💿 Increase Linux VHD Storage Size

98 |
99 | Steps to follow; ⬇️ 100 |

Go to the file called "AddStorage.bat" located in C:/MiLinux/ and run it as administrator.
101 | Then type the amount you would like in GB. It must be the total size. It is currently 25GB, if you want 5GB more then you type 30. It will add 5GB more to make it 30GB.
102 | Once the process is complete, restart Linux and open the Disks program, right click on the EXT4 disk and resize. Then move the bar to cover the entire memory. Accept and that's it.

❕ Although it is installed on 32-Bit Windows, the processor must be 64-Bit compatible to start LinuxMint.
131 | The script uses the C:/ partition. If this is not available, nothing will happen.

132 |

⚠️ The installation will damage the Windows XP boot if it is not official WXP. In case Windows does not start again, press the BootMenu button as soon as you start your PC. Then choose WindowsBootLoader. Alternatively, you can use a repair disk ↗️ to start Windows.

😐 Don't like Linux Mint? Install another distribution

136 |
137 | Steps to follow; ⬇️ 138 |

You can change the VHD installation with VirtualBox and follow the corresponding installation from there.
139 | Download and install VirtualBox on Windows https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads.
140 | Open VirtualBox, click New Machine, set the name and location of the ISO (installation media). Then adjust the resources that VirtualBox will use. YOU MUST CHECK ENABLE EFI. Then you select "Use Existing Disk" and select the folder icon to browse to the location of MiLinux.vhd.vtoy, select it and click Next. Start the virtual machine and install your distribution as usual.
